Structural Inspections
Do you have cracks in your foundation, walls or ceilings? Our principal engineer has 44 years of civil engineering experience and can diagnose these issues. We can design repairs and recommend competent contractors to do the repairs.
Structural Reviews
Already have a plan? We can review that plan and add structural requirements per the latest Building Codes.
Architectural and Structural Drawings
Drafting services for carports, decks, ADUs, Additions, Garages and Pole Barns, and even whole house designs.
Foundation Designs
Foundation designs for your plans for everything from Carports and Decks, to Tiny Homes, to Whole House Design, including Helical or Caisson Foundations.
Other Services Available
We can do Code Studies, Floor Level Surveys, GeoHazard Waivers, and VA or FHA Certifications. We can design Helical repair plans also.

- For additions, ADUs, and other structural designs, we can do wall, floor, and roof framing based on your floor plan
- Structural designs are required by the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department for many projects
